Atok is a municipality in the province of Benguet. Benguet can be found at the southernmost part of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). How to Get to Atok Benguet Flower Farm Baguio
Baguio City to Atok Benguet
From Baguio City, you can ride a taxi to Dangwa Bus Terminal. From here, you can take a bus going to Besao, Sagada, or Bontoc and get off at Atok Municipal Hall or Marosan’s Eatery. Better go early because the bus schedule interval can be an hour or two. You can also take a van located just beside the bus terminal.
Atok Benguet to Baguio City
To go back to Baguio City, you can take a van going to Dangwa Bus Terminal beside Marosan’s Eatery where you previously get off. At the same location, you can also catch a bus passing by that will head to Dangwa Bus Terminal as well.
Atok Benguet Flower Farm Baguio Day Tour
Upon arrival at Atok, make sure to pay the environmental fee (PHP20) first at Sayangan Brgy. Hall Tourist Information Center. It’s just a short, uphill walk when you get off at Atok Municipal Hall or Marosan’s Restaurant.
From the tourist information center, start making your way to Atok Benguet flower farm Baguio. From Atok Municipal Hall, cross the street and walk (around 2 minutes) until you see the farm’s signage (huge tarpaulin).
Atok Benguet flower farm Baguio shelters a variety of flowers and other plants as well, the rose cabbage among the unique ones. You can even go inside the several greenhouses that they have.
Upon entering, you can immediately get a glimpse of both Mt. Pulag and Mt. Timbak. The mountains serving as scenic backdrops make the flower farm really mesmerizing. The place has a downhill terrain with clear pathways. Farm attendants are stationed in different sections to assist you, they can even take your photos (they are really good at taking photos).
Allot 2-3 hours to go around the entire farm. There’s a cafeteria at the end where you can get your free snacks (they offer unlimited coffee!). Catching the sunrise would be an amazing opportunity to see Atok Benguet flower farm Baguio.
