Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa boasts of being the first and only hanging gardens spa in the Philippines while spoiling guests with the stunning views of Manila skyline and Laguna Lake. A total sucker for a superb spa therapy, I wanted to try Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa the moment I knew about it.
Do for your soul what you do for your body. I always remember this line from one Kerygma article written by Bo Sanchez during my high school days. Sometimes travel can also feel like too hectic that you also want to take a break from it. As much as I want to maximize my limited vacation leaves and weekends (like hiking on Saturday and diving on Sunday, lol), there are times I find myself a bit drained in the end. Of course I’m grateful for these opportunities – time, resources, and strength. But our physical body can only do so much and we need to recover. One of my favorite things to do to recuperate is having a good spa therapy.
With the rage about Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa being the best massage spa in Antipolo, there would be no ample reason to miss it. Surely, you can find spa in Manila like Ace Water Spa (which I really like) but the idea of a nature vibe is a different refreshing experience.
About Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa
Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa is part of the Loreland Farm Resort. It was built on the beautiful hills of Antipolo offering a scenic view. Its facilities were assembled in multiple levels and narrow, concrete staircases will pave your way to the different sites of the garden spa. Surrounded by greens, Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa gives you the feeling of climbing up and down a hill.
Facilities
Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa provides a number of facilities for that rejuvenating spa getaway including hydro-massage pool, meditation lounges, infinity pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. A day will be enough to enjoy them.
Luljetta’s Cafe
You know a good spa day also means good food. The most basic package of Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa already includes a delectable snack – Antipolo’s popular suman and their turmeric tea (I really like both!). You can also avail a spa package with a set meal consisting of a soup, salad, pasta, and dessert. Or feel free to look at the menu of Luljetta’s Cafe and order as you please.

For the most basic spa package, you can avail the Hanging Gardens Retreat that includes the following: access to hanging garden facilities, locker provision, traditional bathrobe and towel, and snacks.
Hanging Gardens Getaway (PHP 1,750)
This package is similar to the Hanging Gardens Retreat with the addition of a set meal.

Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa Experience
The refreshing vibe of Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa positioned along the hills of Antipolo will encourage you to just slow down and unwind. Arriving at the location around the afternoon, I really enjoyed their suman and turmeric tea combo.
Getting around, you’ll find each of the hanging garden amenities as you climb up and down the area. I like how a site is sort of hidden and gives guests some seclusion and quiet time. Each space is small even the infinity pool but I prefer it this way (it feels like a private space) as long as it will not get too crowded with guests.
Surely, I won’t leave Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa without trying their signature massage. It was so good that I thought my soul left my body, lol. They also have cottages where you can have your massage treatment as well.
You will notice that a lot of couples visit the place. But I’d say that Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa is not only suited for a romantic getaway. It can also be a good place for a soulful retreat. If you want some time for yourself and unwind, it’s a wonderful place to nurture yourself. The rejuvenating spa treatment and the calming nature will certainly give you a soulful retreat. They have meditation lounges and cottages with nice views. I also appreciate the inspirational words they put as signage scattered around the area.
With a good book, I really look forward to visiting Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens Spa again. I would always come back for their signature massage.
