A famous tourist destination in Baguio, Tree Top Adventure (TTA) offers exciting rides that can be a great bonding experience for the entire family and group of friends. But aside from its thrilling rides, TTA has a set of team building activity that is highly recommended for corporate squads. Together with fellow bloggers, I accepted TTA’s different team building challenges.
Taking Team Building to the next level, below are five reasons why TTA Baguio Team Building rocks!

1. Several Fun Activities
The entire cycle of TTA’s team building activity approximately lasts for 5-6 hours and is composed of several fun activities like the Plank Step and Pipeline. Some activities have time limit allowing countless attempts whereas some have specified number of attempts and the group’s shortest recorded time will be the one considered.
Before each activity, we were given time to practice, hence we were able to discuss and develop some strategies as a group. With the Plank Step, several wooden planks are given to us. Our goal is to go from Point A to Point B by traversing only through the planks. Hitting the floor is strictly prohibited.
Another challenging task is what they call the Pipeline. We are given pipes and our goal is to transfer a pingpong ball from starting to ending point through the pipes.
2. Mental and Physical Challenges
The team building activities of TTA involve a combination of mental and physical challenges. In the real world, some people are better with mental than physical tasks and vice versa. As such, TTA challenges greatly emphasize how people should complement one another – emphasizing individual strengths while supporting member’s weaknesses.
The last activity we had is the Treasure Hunt. We are given the chance to choose representatives who will run in the field to look for the treasure based from map pieces we put together. After finding the treasure, we solve a puzzle.
3. Highlight Team Effort and Coordination
Different activities mean different goals. Despite its variety, the tasks always highlight team effort and coordination. No single task can be accomplished if one member is not cooperating.
In our task called Loop Lift, we must transfer a loop to another station. Marbles are placed in front of each team member and at the center of the loop itself and we should be able to keep all marbles from falling as we transfer the loop.
4. Spacious Venue and Provision of Equipment
No need to bring anything! Aside from a spacious venue, TTA provides all the materials needed for all the activities. Just make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
5. Friendly and Supportive Facilitators
Each of the team has a facilitator to give the instructions, register the time and monitor the task rules. The facilitators are very patient and encouraging with us. They even give us tips to help us accomplish our tasks.
Overall, TTA Team Building is an experience I will always remember more importantly because I was able to get to know new blogger friends even more. I can also definitely apply the things I learned in my corporate life.

Wow! How I wish we can experience a team building Baguio. I always enjoy the “games” in teambuilding and the lessons from it that can be applied. Teambuilding sessions are also a great way to bond with your officemates. I really envy the venue and you all looked like you are having a grand time.

Funny how I’m born and raised in Baguio yet I never really tried TTA. Hahaha. Maybe because I don’t work in the corporate world hahaha. I’ve always loved team buildings- how you go there as an ‘I’ and then when you go home, it feels more like a ‘we’. Hope I could try out TTA adventure.
